Beginner Workout Plan
This workout plan is customized and designed for those who are familiar with the gym but have never followed a workout plan before and may not have the proper form or experience to start with more experienced exercises. With this program, you will be working the fundamental movements, through machines and dumbbells. The rep ranges are specified to prioritize muscles activation by inducing muscle hypertrophy.
This plan includes a 20 minute call with a personal trainer to discuss your goals, timelines and equipment availability. Once you purchase this product you will receive an email with a calendar link to book the introductory call over Zoom or Google Meets to suit your schedule.
