Muscle Building Workout Plan
If you have specific muscle building goals, or would like to bulk up in general, this workout plan is customized to concentrate on your muscle building goals. With this program, you will be working mostly compound lifts with targeted isolation movements. The rep ranges are specified to prioritize muscles growth by inducing muscle hypertrophy.
